Order Cancellation Policy
Customers who need to cancel an order should contact Asolei as soon as possible at support@asolei.store.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or dispatched. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins or a package has shipped.
If cancellation is accepted, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method.
If the order has already shipped, customers may need to follow our Return and Refund Policy.
This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
